  • Absolutely. Regardless of the duration of our guests stay, we always require identity verification and screening before a reservation is confirmed.

  • We advertise our rentals here, on our direct booking website. We also market them on other third-party short-term rental sites and social media sites.

  • Leisure10/4 services all types of guest— from the digital nomad to the recent retiree, and everything in between. While the bulk of our guests are professionals, we’ve also housed small families, as well. We offer our guests extensive accommodations, up to 120 days, however, on average, most guest stay anywhere from 3 days to one week.

  • Yes. After each stay, our professional housekeeping team inspects each unit for repairs and replacements, and then they complete a deep clean, disinfecting all surfaces. If a guest stays for an extended period of time, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.

    Please note that our housekeeping staff are required to follow the local restrictions and regulations regarding wearing a mask when they clean. They also complete a 64-point checklist during a turnover clean.

  • At this time, we do not permit guests to bring pets during their stay.

  • To best preserve the quality of our units, Leisure10/4 does not allow smoking, vaping, or hookah of any kind. We also do not allow parties in our units. Guests who do not uphold these rules will be asked to vacate the premise immediately.
